Beyond professionalism. Steve Martin was amazing. Very informative, friendly and caring. Shows his passion for this type of work. I had an outlet in my garage that had gone bad and I had exhausted my efforts in fixing it. Mister Sparky of Pompano was the only repair service that took my call on a Sunday morning and did not have an outrageous price for an "emergency" fee. When Steve arrived he was very personable and did an excellent job. He not only found this issue but also upgraded two other areas on my house the outlet was connected to on the outside of my home. I would absolutely trust his assistance again. Excellent service!

Today November 19, 2024, I had Mr. Sparky come out and Technician Will Pierre responded to fix some lighting. Will did an awesome job and was very neat and courteous. He was attentive to my needs and requests and completed the work in a safe and clean manner. Thank you Will.

We recently had our 1949 home rewired by Will and his team from Mister Sparky, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. After a few bad experiences with other electricians, Will took the time to really understand our home. He was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and, most importantly, RESPECTFUL throughout the process. His whole team was extremely careful with our possessions and our space, taking the time to understand our schedules and trying not to disturb them. All the employees wore foot coverings and cleaned extensively after each visit, leaving our home nearly spotless. While the cost was higher than some competitors, Will’s attention to detail and genuine concern for our safety made all the difference. The team was professional, tidy, and worked efficiently, which was especially important as my wife and I both work from home. They took the time to explain each step to us so we could understand exactly what was being installed and what its purpose was. We now have peace of mind with our new up-to-code wiring, and we’re so thankful for the entire crew. In our estimation, a person like Will should, at the very least, be a manager or own his company. This is our third time using Mister Sparky. Every time that they have come out to service our home, we have been very satisfied. Today, Francis Collins was no exception. He was knowledgeable, personable and had a great sense of humor. He answered all our questions and exhibited great patience.
